2017, birch plywood

The design objective was to create a stool fabricated from just three pieces of plywood and to test the laws of statics. In order to achieve its stability, the stool leans 7 degrees from vertical which places the center of the square seat over the center of the tripod base below.  Stackable and sturdy the stool can also be used as a side table.  The stool is fabricated from birch plywood and finished with beeswax.
